Teacher quotes

“Thanks very much for a brilliant day, as I said, I’ve seen you before and knew it would be motivational….and it was….my last observation last week was ‘outstanding’.”

“Thanks so much for a truly inspirational day. I really enjoyed the course and feel that I have picked up a lot of strategies that can be used in class and some of them, instantly. I will be feeding back to the rest of the staff at school.”

“In my experience, Outstanding Teaching has been the only professional development programme that has returned a 100% positive feedback from the participants. It has empowered teachers to reflect on their practice, take some risks, and develop new techniques whilst at the same time ‘demystifying’ Ofsted criteria. All participants have improved their teaching significantly through the individualised bespoke design of the programme, and all commented on how much they enjoyed it. These are just two of the comments from participants: ‘Superb, highly motivational, very clear, professional and none-threatening’ and: ‘I am not as boring as I was’.
As the lead on teaching and learning I can show Ofsted the improvements; I can demonstrate the motivational impact on professional culture and the inspiration this has generated in others to do the programme, but moreover it has impacted significantly on pupil progress and made learning fun!”
