Hayli Kincade
Hayli Kincade is a post-graduate who specialises in Creative and Performing Arts. She is a performer, tutor, personal and social development worker and also an experienced youth leader. She has worked with a wide and diverse range of young people from all over Merseyside including NEET, the hard to reach and teach, looked after children and girls work. She has worked in schools, youth organisations, week-end arts colleges where she conducts formal and informal learning.
Hayli uses a range of methods including Theatre in Education, dance, music and creative writing as a tool to tackle socio-political issues, raising the attainment of young people alongside confidence building, increasing self esteem and personalised learning development. She is also a trained mentor; working on a one to one and peer mentoring programmes, where she challenges young people, inviting self assessment/examination and works on their emotional intelligence.
All Hayli’s programmes are bespoke and are designed to develop young people’s mindsets by linking performing arts with life challenges.
