Paul Kincade

Paul (Merseyside Champion Award Winner 2006) has over 25 years of experience working with a cross section of clientele from pre-school to senior citizens! He has led projects to support people’s needs for a range of sevices (e.g. Youth and Community, Probation and After Care, Save the Children, Liverpool week-end Arts College, Addaction, LAC services, Sefton EBP, Social Services, Connexions, Schools and 6th Form Colleges around England). This background has equipped him with a wealth of experience and know how, for working in a multi-disciplined approach in order to understand and help people with their personal challenges and development.

In each of the challenges posed, he has created an excellent reputation for creating and delivering motivational programmes primarily, though not exclusively, aimed at challenging young people.

As a trainer and consultant, he provides a wide range of motivational and solution focused strategies aimed to further equip those he provides a service to. Paul explores and challenges social injustices such as racism, disability, sexism and personal belief systems that hinder growth and performance levels.

Quotes from Students

“He has helped me think about the damage I was doing to the work of the teachers, other pupils and my own ability to enjoy being a success in school. He has helped me to have a more positive attitude towards teachers.”

“Sir has been there for me when I was in danger of messing up and get kicked out of school. He believed that there was good in me, so I wanted to show that I had changed for the better by getting involved in voluntary work, giving something back to our school.

“He treated me like I was a somebody, never talked down to me and treated me with respect. He taught me how to .”

“He listens and never gave up on us. He also kept his promise to be there for me and worked with my Connexions Advisor to make sure that I had something to go to when I left school.”

Paul is the Director of Inclusion for MALIT.
