Adult and Young People Development Training

 

Ian Wilson is a former professional footballer who was forced to retire through injury. Since then Ian has had over 15 years experience in the sport and fitness industry. Ian is a qualified fitness assessor, fitness instructor, sports coach, dietician and nutritionist.

 

Ian Wilson has led training for people of different ages and from different walks of life. His courses have included fitness through nutrition, circuit training, spinning, aerobics and flexibility. He also collaborates with others to run various motivational courses for young people with Motivated and Loving It.
