Mile Cross Primary School – A case study in improving teaching

Our relationship with Mile Cross Primary School, helping them on their journey to giving the best possible educational start in life to their pupils, is longstanding. From Requires Improvement to Outstanding.

Coming to the end of working with the third cohort of teachers who had taken part in Osiris Educational’s Outstanding Teaching Intervention, there was the opportunity to get a selection of the cohorts to reflect on how the process of the intervention had helped them to improve, and the changes that they had made to their own teaching. These video’d reflections are below. It’s worth considering the barriers that the Intervention enables teachers to overcome; fear of failing, opportunities for rich collaboration, deep reflection and developing greater shared clarity.
